According to the Highway Patrol report, the Dynacraft BSC Peddle Bicycle being ridden by the man "merged" into the side of a 2017 Ford F-250 driven by a 56-year-old Liberal woman.
The man was pronounced dead at 1:17 p.m. at Cox Barton County Hospital, Lamar.
The fatality was the 95th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
